These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of goods by Supplies 360 (“we”, “us”, “our”) to both Trade Customers (B2B) and Consumers (B2C).
Additional protections apply to Trade Customers as set out below.

Goods – all products supplied by Supplies 360
Bespoke Goods – goods made to order, customised, personalised, or sourced specifically for the customer
Trade Customer – a business purchasing goods wholly or mainly for business purposes
Consumer – an individual acting outside their trade or profession
Working Day – Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays
All orders are subject to acceptance by Supplies 360. Once accepted, orders for Bespoke Goods may not be cancelled.
All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms for Trade Customers are as agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to require payment in full prior to manufacture or procurement, particularly for Bespoke Goods.
All Bespoke Goods must be paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where Bespoke Goods are manufactured, sourced, or held for a customer:
Goods must be paid for and collected within 6–12 months from the date of order or notification of readiness (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
If payment is not made within the agreed 6–12 month period:
A 12% administrative and recovery fee shall be applied to the outstanding balance; and
Supplies 360 reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs, including but not limited to:
Solicitors’ fees
Debt recovery and enforcement costs
Court fees
Such failure shall constitute a breach of contract.
Where payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right (without prejudice to other remedies) to resell or dispose of the Bespoke Goods. Any shortfall remains payable by the customer.
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Risk passes on delivery.
Title remains with Supplies 360 until payment is received in full.
Goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Any damage, shortages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24–48 hours.
Goods signed for as complete and in good condition are deemed accepted.
Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in no action being taken.
Consumers should inspect Goods promptly.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation.
Bespoke Goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Stock items may be returned at our discretion, subject to:
Being unused and in original packaging
A restocking fee (where applicable)
Return within 7 days of delivery
Delivery and return costs are the responsibility of the Trade Customer.
Consumers may cancel orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except for:
Bespoke or personalised Goods
Sealed Goods opened after delivery where hygiene applies
Returned Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Liability is limited to the value of the Goods supplied
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or statutory breaches.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
All intellectual property remains the property of Supplies 360.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
